A: Yes you can. Please confirm your car features at the time of reservation. Subject to availability.
Q: How do I change or cancel my reservation?
A:Call the reservation phone number, or send us an e-mail to change or cancel your reservation. Please remember that changing dates, locations and type and class of vehicle may change the rate on your reservation.
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: We accept payments as the time we deliver car. You can make the payment by credit card at the time of delivery as well.
Q: For how long will Care Free Car Hire hold my confirmed vehicle?
A: It is the policy of Care Free Car Hire to have available the vehicle confirmed for a period of up to 12 hours after the scheduled arrival time. It is the customer's responsibility as the renter to notify our reservation center. This will ensure that the location continues to hold the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in the release of the vehicle.
Q: How will I find car when I arrive to Ercan Airport?
A: The car will be delivered to you at Ercan Airport on the agreed date and time with a signboard that has your name written on.
Q: Can anyone other than me drive the car?
A: Only the approved person(s) at the time of rental can drive the car.
Q: Is there an additional charge if there will be more than one driver?
A: No, there is no any extra charge for additional drivers. You can have up to Two (2) drivers in your contract completely for free.
Q: What happens if I return the car late?
A: Late returns can affect the type of rate assigned to the rental. Returns which are less then 1 hour late will not be charged. Returns which are later than 1 hour will be charged for an extra day.
Q: How do I arrange to extend my rental period?
A: Please call the main office directly to extend your rental. The office's phone number is also on the rental agreement.
Q: What if I have a problem with the car?
A: We provide emergency roadside assistance. At the time of rental ask the representative to inform you about this service. This service is completely free and is a 24/7 service.
Q: Is V.A.T included in the prices?
A: Yes
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: We honor most major credit/charge cards as a form of payment ex: master card, Visa.
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Upon presentation of proper identification, traveler's checks may also be used in payment of rental charges.
Q: What does Third Party Insurance mean?
A: The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle in accordance with Northern Cyprus laws.
Q: Do I have to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance?
A: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is offered by Care Free Car Hire for an additional daily charge of 3 GBP per day. CFCH waives all or part (as indicated on the rental agreement at time of rental) of the customer's liability for damages to the vehicle provided the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not violated.
Q: What should I do in the case of an accident?
A: First contact the police to complete an accident report and immediately contact the. Emergency Road Side Service telephone number (+90 392 228 83 81). You may find the phone information on the front or back of your rental agreement.
Q: Can I use all special Offers and other SRC promotions at the same time?
A: Special Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other Special Offer or SRC promotions.

Q: What if I get a traffic violation while in possession of a CFCH rental vehicle?
A: The renter of any car is liable for all parking and traffic violations.
Q: If we arrive to the Larnaka Airport can we pass the border to Northern Cyprus?
A: Yes you can pass the border to Northern Cyprus. We can pick you up at Larnaka Airport and take you to our Famagusta office where you pick up your rental car.
